To further drive our leading market position, we are expanding our EMEA Consulting Team searching for passionate professionals to help our customers bring AMOS’s cutting-edge MRO capabilities (including Aviatar & flydocs) into real-world operations.

• Knowledge of financial accounting and material management best practices in the Airline & MRO industry (law. Regulations (IAS, IFRS, GAAP).

• Self-confidence in own's capability to guide customers to optimize their financial accounting processes within AMOS.

What You’ll Do

Consulting & Functional Enablement

• Provide customers with AMOS system financial configuration & process analysis in the areas of financial accounting, management accounting and commercial domains.

• Main topics: General ledger accounting; Supplier invoicing (A/P), Customer invoicing (A/R); Fixed assets management, Inventory valuation; Cost controlling, Budgeting, Reporting; 3rd party Quotations, Contracts and Pricing.

• Identify & address process & digital improvements to optimize usage and adoption of the customer's AMOS system.

Qualifications We Value

Professional Requirements:

• University Degree in Economics or Finance/Accounting.

• Knowledge of the Airline & MRO industry focuses on Finance/Accounting and Industry-standard commercial agreements.

• Knowledge of related processes such as; material management, supply chain and aircraft MRO & component maintenance shops.

• Knowledge of financial and management accounting best practices in the Airline & MRO industry context.

• Comprehension of basic accounting principles, international accounting standards and regulations (IAS, IFRS, GAAP).

• Minimum of 3 years of aviation industry experience.

• Experience with financial ERP software systems.
  

Soft Skills:

• Confident presentation and workshop facilitation skills.

• A collaborative and communicative approach, capable of adapting within dynamic project settings.

• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.

• Desire to travel internationally and able to relocate to the Basel area, Switzerland
