Own and grow assigned airline accounts across AMOS and the LHT digital ecosystem. Build strategic account plans, act as primary customer contact, coordinate internally to resolve issues, monitor customer health and adoption, run reviews, and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Maintain CRM records, support commercial negotiations, and contribute to global customer communications and events.

Provide AMOS financial configuration and process analysis across general ledger, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, inventory valuation, cost control, budgeting and reporting. Identify process and digital improvements, enable customers on AMOS adoption, and support commercial topics like contracts, pricing and 3rd-party quotations.

Lead and evolve end-to-end release management for AMOS, web, mobile and integrated solutions. Define release strategy, governance, and policies; plan and coordinate releases, manage risks and dependencies; run release events, communications, dashboards, and tooling/automation to ensure high-quality, predictable deliveries.
