Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for corporate, laboratory, and retail positions, including union and non-union roles. Source candidates, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, oversee recruiting vendors, develop employment marketing and social recruiting campaigns, and guide onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and HR, provide recruiting process expertise, monitor requisitions and hiring activity, analyze labor market data, report to leadership, and recommend retention improvements.

Lead and manage the optical team to achieve sales, profit, and customer service goals. Hire, train, coach, and manage performance; partner with the optometrist; drive merchandising, operations, and patient care; dispense eyewear; analyze financials and implement business plans.
