Provide clinical support to the Doctor of Optometry to improve exam efficiency and patient experience. Perform pre-exam preparation, refraction, non-contact tonometry, auto-refractor measurements, visual acuity, visual field testing, fundus photography, OCT, lensometry, blood pressure checks, eye drop instillation, and hand off patient care to the OD. Communicate with retail staff and maintain organized clinic workflow.

Lead and manage an optical retail team to drive sales, profit, and customer service. Hire, train, coach, schedule key-carriers, partner with the Optometrist, ensure compliance with HR and operational policies, dispense eyewear, manage financial results, resolve customer issues, and maintain store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
