Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for corporate, laboratory, and retail positions, including union and non-union roles. Source candidates, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, oversee recruiting vendors, develop employment marketing and social recruiting campaigns, and guide onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and HR, provide recruiting process expertise, monitor requisitions and hiring activity, analyze labor market data, report to leadership, and recommend retention improvements.

Lead and manage the optical team to drive sales, profitability, and customer/patient care. Oversee dispensing of eyewear and daily optical operations, hire/train/coaching staff, partner with the optometrist, enforce HR and operational policies, execute merchandising and service strategies, analyze financials, and ensure excellent customer service.

Lead and manage the optical store team to meet sales, profit and customer service goals. Hire, train and coach staff; partner with the optometrist; oversee dispensing of eyewear, store operations, scheduling, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with company and legal policies.
