Support execution of AI-driven marketing and communications for the scientific community: create and optimize content, manage social and website channels, run email and automation campaigns, apply SEO and analytics, coordinate outreach and event presence, and report on campaign performance.

Quota-carrying senior individual contributor responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing advertising and sponsorship deals across Legis1 and AllCiv. Design integrated multi-channel media programs, sell to senior marketers and agencies, manage campaign delivery, renewals, upsells, and develop vertical market relationships (government affairs, healthcare, financial services).

Maintain and ensure accuracy of legislative and political data; build ingestion pipelines and scrapers; use SQL and LLM tools to query and report; perform day-to-day data quality control, investigate and resolve data issues, research new data sources, and translate findings into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.

Support development and data engineering teams by implementing DevOps practices and cloud engineering best practices. Improve CI/CD pipelines, deploy and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using IaC, containers, and configuration management. Automate build/test/release processes, analyze cloud environments for security, cost, and availability improvements, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on architecture and development tasks.
