Own end-to-end delivery of multi-site rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects from financial handover through commissioning and O&M handover. Manage schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, quality, safety, statutory approvals, documentation, client relationships, risks, and cross-functional coordination. Ensure compliance with designs, standards, contractual obligations, and project timelines while controlling costs and resolving execution issues.

Leads complex medium- and high-voltage substation design across physical, protection, and control disciplines. Oversees design reviews, technical studies, documentation, standards compliance, quality, budgets, schedules, and safety. Coordinates with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams, resolves design issues, mentors junior engineers, and supports bids and proposals. Requires extensive transmission, utility, or industrial substation design experience and strong knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards, grounding, and high-voltage equipment.

Designs high-voltage substation and transmission drawings, including general arrangements, site layouts, electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, cable routing, bills of materials, cable schedules, and earthing and lighting layouts. Updates designs to reflect field-verified as-built conditions, ensures compliance with IEEE, IEC, ANSI, and safety standards, and coordinates with structural and mechanical engineering teams on equipment clearances, busbars, and steel fabrication drawings.

Lead the migration from Tally Prime to the Zoho Finance Suite while systems run in parallel. Configure finance modules, chart of accounts, workflows, controls, taxation, and compliance processes. Manage data preparation, migration, reconciliation, UAT, documentation, user training, and post-go-live support. Improve finance and procurement processes through automation and independently drive ERP implementation activities without an external implementation partner.

Conduct initial candidate screening, explain roles, collect preliminary information, schedule and coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, track recruitment status, and update HRMS records. Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and support company communications, sustainability updates, culture messaging, and employer branding activities. The role requires strong communication, organization, process adherence, and comfort with HR software.

Supports solar installation, electrical and mechanical work, site surveys, preventive and corrective maintenance, safety compliance, documentation, reporting, and coordination with supervisors, contractors, procurement, and logistics teams. The role provides hands-on field training in solar project execution and operations and maintenance.

Leads the controllership function, overseeing financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, audits, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial modeling, profitability analysis, internal controls, ERP usage, and process automation. Partners with senior leadership on growth, fundraising, lender covenants, and management reporting while mentoring the finance team and improving finance operations.

Lead end-to-end tendering and bidding for electrical and infrastructure projects, including opportunity identification, tender review, proposal preparation, costing, risk analysis, compliance, documentation, and timely submission. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, project teams, vendors, consultants, and clients. Manage pre- and post-bid communications, negotiations, reporting, and tender pipelines while leading and mentoring a bidding team of at least five members.

Supervise on-site execution, installation, inspections, quality control, safety, and commissioning for rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects. Coordinate EPC teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, inspectors, and internal design and procurement teams. Interpret drawings, monitor civil, structural, and electrical work, resolve technical issues, track progress and materials, maintain site reports, and support project handover. Travel across India to multiple project locations as required.

Support the CEO through calendar management, meeting-record review, minutes preparation, information synthesis, daily briefings, action tracking, communication monitoring, documentation, and internal coordination. The role requires filtering large volumes of information, identifying priorities and risks, maintaining accurate confidential records, following up on commitments, and preparing concise reports to support executive decision-making.

Attend internal meetings virtually, capture accurate notes, and prepare structured Minutes of Meeting and concise summaries covering agendas, discussions, decisions, and action items. Distribute finalized documentation, maintain centralized meeting logs, organize records in designated repositories, and ensure version control and easy retrieval. The role requires strong English, listening, typing, writing, attention to detail, and disciplined record keeping, without project coordination or action-item follow-up responsibilities.
