Human Resource Executive

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented HR Executive who will handle initial candidate screening, interview coordination, HRMS updates. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and comfort with HR software and digital tools.

Recruitment & Coordination

• Make first-level calls to shortlisted candidates
  

• Brief candidates about the role and company
  

• Collect preliminary information (availability, notice period, salary expectations, etc.)
  

• Schedule interviews as per interviewer availability
  

• Coordinate between candidates and internal stakeholders
  

• Share interview details, reminders, and follow-ups with candidates
  

• Collect post-interview feedback from candidates
  

• Track interview status and ensure timely closures
  

HRMS & Documentation

• Maintain and regularly update candidate details in HRMS
  

• Ensure accuracy of recruitment data and documentation
  

• Follow defined recruitment processes and instructions from HR Head
  

Communication & Content Support

• Post and share company-related updates on internal or external platforms as instructed
  

• Assist in posting information related to Sunshell, sustainability initiatives, culture, and employer branding
  

• Support basic HR communication activities aligned with company values and sustainability goals
  

• Good verbal and written communication skills
  

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  

• Ability to follow instructions and processes diligently
  

• Comfortable working with HRMS / basic software tools
  

• Basic understanding of recruitment workflows
  

• Interest or awareness of sustainability and ethical business practices is an added advantage
