Set up and operate CNC and conventional milling machines to produce precision components per drawings and GD&T. Responsibilities include CNC programming for 3/4/5-axis, machine setup, first-piece inspection, selecting cutting parameters, routine maintenance, documenting production, and supporting process improvements while following safety and quality standards.

Lead and manage the plant quality function: implement and maintain QMS (AS9100D/ISO9001), support product lifecycle from samples to production, perform inspections and audits, manage calibration, analyze quality data to drive improvements, train and lead the quality team, and manage supplier quality.

Techno-commercial role managing RFQs, supplier quotations, ERP entries, and end-to-end project execution for precision-manufactured parts. Prepare CNC cost estimates, source suppliers, coordinate sample development, and manage international shipments while maintaining customer communication and ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

Support and supervise in-house manufacturing to accelerate NPD and improve productivity. Interpret drawings and GD&T, perform tolerance stack-ups, capability studies, cycle time and risk analyses. Develop CAD fixtures and process documentation using SolidWorks/Siemens NX/AutoCAD, standardize routings in ERP, support RFQs/NPD, ensure AS9100/ISO9001 quality compliance, coordinate cross-functionally, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end in-house sheet metal manufacturing projects from feasibility and NPD through delivery. Oversee planning, scheduling, procurement, resource allocation, quality (ISO), cost and risk management, WBS development for fabrication stages, maintenance coordination, and stakeholder reporting while leading and upskilling the production team.

Manage procurement of raw materials and services for precision manufacturing: source vendors, negotiate terms, issue and track purchase orders, monitor inventory, coordinate with production/quality/stores, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure timely, cost-effective supply and compliance.

Partner with production, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to implement and maintain ISO9001/AS9100-compliant quality systems. Perform in-process and final inspections using metrology tools, lead root-cause analysis and CAPA, manage supplier quality and audits, maintain inspection documentation (FAIR, PPAP, control plans), and drive continuous improvement to reduce rejections and improve quality metrics.

Manage supplier relationships and customer interface for fabrication parts from RFQ to delivery. Handle cost estimation, quotations, sample development, project coordination with engineering, quality, logistics, and international shipments to ensure on-time, first-time-right delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead and support in-house manufacturing and NPD activities: define machining processes from drawings, generate CAM/CNC programs, design fixtures, validate first articles, maintain ERP traceability, ensure AS9100 compliance, and drive process improvements to increase productivity and quality.

Own end-to-end sourcing for sheet metal parts: translate RFQs, qualify suppliers, manage RFQ lifecycle, ensure OTIF and quality, lead sample development and serial production, manage contracts and supplier performance, and scale sourcing teams.

Lead the company quality function across in-plant and supplier quality. Implement and manage QMS, conduct inspections and audits, drive SPC and RCA-based continuous improvement, manage calibration and documentation, support production feasibility and product lifecycle, and build quality capability and team performance.

Operate and set up CNC and conventional turning machines to produce precision parts from drawings. Program lathes and mills, perform tooling setup, in-process inspection, preventive maintenance, document production, and hand over shifts. Apply GD&T, optimize processes, and use Fanuc/Mitsubishi/Siemens controllers.

Lead manufacturing for new product development and productivity improvements in sheet metal fabrication. Conduct feasibility studies, allocate work, ensure M/M/M/M readiness, lead cross-functional teams under QMS and EHS, develop suppliers, manage projects, hire and mentor staff, report and budget for capacity expansion, drive cost savings, training, continuous improvement and Industry 4.0/5.0 adoption.
