Job summary: 
A techno-commercial role responsible for establishing and nurturing global customer relationships. The Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer requirements with technical and production capabilities, ensuring long-term business success and customer satisfaction. This role offers a comprehensive opportunity to lead end-to-end project execution.

Requirements

1.       RFQ management

·       Reviewing the drawings

·       Getting quotes from the supplier end

·       Work with ERP for the internal entries

2.       Drive internal project execution aligned with customer expectations, maintaining consistent communication and updates.

3.       Prepare accurate cost estimations for CNC-machined parts across various materials and production volumes.

4.        Utilize the existing supplier base and identify new suppliers to support RFQ requirements and enhance competitiveness.

5.       Ensure quick turnaround on self-generated estimates, supplier quotations, and customer submissions.

6.       Lead end-to-end project management for new sample development, coordination with cross-functional teams

7.       Liaise with freight forwarders and customs to manage international shipments efficiently.

      8.    Respond proactively to customer requirements

Education & Experience:

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from recognized institutions such as GTTC / NTTF.

·        Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably in precision machining or process development.

Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage):

         i.            Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – by APICS/ASCM, for end-to-end supply chain and customer handling knowledge.

       ii.             Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) – for process improvement, quality, and data-driven decision-making.

Design Software Proficiency: Skilled in using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo) to convert 3D models into 2D drawings and vice versa for manufacturing applications.


Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (e.g., GTTC/NTTF)
  • Fresher or 1-2 years relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering, preferably precision machining
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo)
  • Experience with RFQ management and reviewing engineering drawings
  • Experience using ERP systems for internal entries
  • Ability to prepare cost estimations for CNC-machined parts across materials and volumes
  • Experience sourcing suppliers and managing supplier quotations
  • Experience liaising with freight forwarders and customs for international shipments
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) by APICS/ASCM
  • Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
