Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for an InsurTech health company. Identify opportunities, secure deals, lead and train BD staff, manage marketing/PR and communications, analyze financials, support product positioning, engage investors and donor agencies, and ensure revenue targets are met.

Lead hospital procurement strategy and operations including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, budget input, purchase controls, inventory/warehouse management, vendor relations, staff leadership, and process improvements to ensure uninterrupted supply and cost savings.

Manage end-to-end recruitment projects using ATS and sourcing tools: screen and interview candidates, prepare reports, advise clients on hiring and market trends, conduct background checks, manage feedback, and prepare proposals and contracts to support business conversion.

Responsible for achieving sales and profit targets by expanding geographic and sector coverage, managing distributor relationships, developing B2B and B2C channels, coordinating with engineering/service/marketing, monitoring stock, launching products, resolving customer issues, and preparing monthly reports and market/competition analysis.

Sell and lease new and used vehicles to meet monthly targets; manage complete sales paperwork and follow dealership procedures; prospect, engage, demo, and test-drive vehicles; deliver vehicles and introduce service; maintain follow-up systems for repeat/referral business; attend training and sales meetings; meet productivity and customer satisfaction standards.

Design, configure, and troubleshoot partner networks and ISP-grade last-mile infrastructure. Perform pre/post-deployment configuration on routers, switches, and wireless devices, automate device configuration/monitoring, reproduce customer issues in-region lab, and recommend solutions to network problems.
