Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, compliance, and scheduling for new hires. Supervise the HR Recruiter, monitor staffing needs in WinTeam, coordinate with Client Managers and Operations, finalize hires in Paycom, verify credentials and employment documentation, and ensure new employees are assigned schedules and post orders. Report hiring and staffing progress while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Provide armed on-site protection of people, property, and assets through patrols, monitoring CCTV and alarms, access control, incident response, coordination with law enforcement, report writing, evidence preservation, and customer-focused engagement while following use-of-force policies and post orders.

Provide armed foot and vehicle patrols, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, control access, deter theft and misconduct, compose incident reports, liaise with law enforcement, deliver customer-facing G.E.T. service (Greet, Engage, Thank), perform basic first aid, and maintain site safety and professionalism.
