Project-based consultant supporting strategy and advisory engagements: conduct research and analysis, develop insights and presentations, lead workstreams, run client interviews, and manage client relationships across 4–16 week assignments.

Manage end-to-end recruitment: source candidates via LinkedIn/job boards/ATS, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, build talent pipelines, assist hiring managers, support employer branding, and prepare recruitment reports.

Lead and govern SG's brand identity and creative output across channels; manage internal creative team and external creative partners; direct campaigns, reports, digital and editorial content; oversee copy, production workflows, quality control, and adaptation across country markets while aligning creative with marketing strategy.

Lead and operate internal IT across multiple offices: manage ERP vendor implementation and roadmap, oversee Microsoft 365/Azure and Slack integrations, maintain IT support SLAs, guide internal product priorities, ensure governance (GDPR, policies, budgets), and contribute to tech strategy and OKRs.

Design and produce high-quality corporate visual assets for print and digital (reports, presentations, web, social). Ensure brand consistency, lead design initiatives, collaborate with marketing and stakeholders, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, present concepts, and incorporate industry best practices to enhance brand impact.

Conduct data gathering and analysis for business expansion, build dashboards and visualizations to track performance, support project management, design and document business processes, define and improve business analysis processes, represent the company in client meetings, and assist in defining project scope and objectives.

Lead end-to-end market research: design methodologies, manage primary data collection and fieldwork quality, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, produce actionable reports and presentations, and manage a team while partnering with consulting teams and clients.

Conduct primary research on customers and competitors, collect and analyze data, run interviews and surveys, build proposals and PowerPoint presentations, prepare reports and visualizations, and develop operational plans aligned with organizational goals.

Provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, manage device lifecycle and IT assets, assist users with Microsoft Office and ERPNext, coordinate with outsourced IT vendors, support onboarding by setting up devices/accounts, and recommend IT improvements to optimize workflows.
