Strategic Gears is looking for a Consultant to join the team in Egypt. Ideally, you will have consulting experience gained through previous work experience.
Qualifications
- 3 - 4.5 years of experience in consulting, FMCG, or any relevant industry.
- Experience in Project Management, Policy & Procedure Development, Strategy Development, or Organizational Excellence
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written)
Responsibilities
- Research, Gather & Document Data using several methods to conduct research activities
- Identify issues, formulate, and test hypotheses
- Organize & analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights
- Develop presentations on findings and insights
- Present results to team members and clients
- Conduct & document meetings, and interviews with clients
- Contribute to the creation of deliverables
- Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and assist in practice and solution development. Contribute to the creation of deliverables
- Manage client relationships on projects and ensure positive impact and sustainable results
- Assess the depth required, and translate the analysis into useful findings and quality to assure the results
- Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to the client
