Process high-volume AP and AR transactions for two entities, maintain accurate ledgers and master data, reconcile banks and supplier accounts, support VAT and withholding tax records, and assist with intercompany recharges. Build Excel schedules, prepare management reports, analyze project costs and utilization, draft budget-versus-actual commentary, and support audits. The role requires strong double-entry accounting, data-entry accuracy, Excel reconciliation skills, and Arabic and English proficiency.

Supports consulting firm Partners by managing complex calendars, meetings, communications, expenses, travel, and follow-up across multiple countries and time zones. The role requires polished writing, strong stakeholder management, discretion, advanced Microsoft Office and AI fluency, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Project-based consultant supporting strategy and advisory engagements: conduct research and analysis, develop insights and presentations, lead workstreams, run client interviews, and manage client relationships across 4–16 week assignments.
