Supports consulting firm Partners by managing complex calendars, meetings, communications, expenses, travel, and follow-up across multiple countries and time zones. The role requires polished writing, strong stakeholder management, discretion, advanced Microsoft Office and AI fluency, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Project-based consultant supporting strategy and advisory engagements: conduct research and analysis, develop insights and presentations, lead workstreams, run client interviews, and manage client relationships across 4–16 week assignments.

Manage end-to-end recruitment: source candidates via LinkedIn/job boards/ATS, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, build talent pipelines, assist hiring managers, support employer branding, and prepare recruitment reports.
