As a Senior Consultant, you will partner with healthcare organizations to optimize StrataJazz solutions for financial planning and performance management, facilitating discussions and translating data into actionable insights.

Lead a team of data engineers and DBAs to ensure reliability, performance, and security of a data platform spanning SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric. Hands-on role includes performance tuning, incident response, monitoring, backup/recovery, platform modernization, and partnering with engineering and analytics for scalable, cost-efficient systems.

This role involves financial system administration, financial analysis, and providing customer service within healthcare finance, while mentoring junior members and developing process workflows.
