Teams at Strata Decision Technology

Consults with health system finance and revenue cycle leaders on payor contract modeling, reimbursement analysis, pricing strategy, chargemaster management, and net revenue optimization. Configures StrataJazz models, builds reports, validates results, leads customer design sessions and training, and advises executives on financial impact. Manages project risks, timelines, and customer communications while supporting software implementation and operational improvements. Travel to customer locations may be required.

Leads enterprise continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, A3 thinking, and Lean problem-solving methods. Facilitates cross-functional workshops, coaches teams, establishes data-driven targets and KPIs, tracks business outcomes, and partners with executives to align improvements with company goals. Builds internal continuous improvement capabilities through training programs, certifications, toolkits, and coaching while fostering a sustainable problem-solving culture across the organization.

Implements and configures StrataJazz Decision Support software for major health systems, including cost accounting, service line margin, and episode analytics. Builds reports and workflows, validates functionality, tests features, leads customer meetings and training, manages project timelines and budgets, communicates risks, and supports product improvements. Requires healthcare finance understanding, advanced Excel skills, customer-facing consulting experience, and travel to customer locations.
