Leads multiple defense and RF technology programs by managing schedules, budgets, risks, technical metrics, subcontractors, proposals, and cross-functional execution. Partners with principal investigators and stakeholders to deliver capabilities, ensure alignment with customer needs, drive corrective actions, and identify strategic opportunities. Requires active Secret clearance, eligibility for Top Secret/SCI/SAP, U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, and substantial Department of Defense program management experience.

Perform FPGA reverse engineering through netlist analysis, logic circuit analysis, RTL simulation, hardware modeling, testing, and documentation. Develop software and tools to automate FPGA reverse engineering capabilities, research emerging techniques, participate in design reviews, and present findings to customers and internal teams. The role requires FPGA design and synthesis expertise, hardware description language experience, digital design knowledge, and eligibility for a Top Secret clearance.

Designs and develops electro-mechanical hardware for radar and unmanned systems across the full lifecycle, from requirements and 3D CAD modeling through fabrication, integration, testing, and delivery. Performs structural, vibration, shock, and thermal analyses; specifies components and vendors; produces technical documentation; and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. The role supports operationally relevant defense applications and requires compliance with quality, maintainability, reuse, and applicable military standards.
