Lead and oversee multiple modeling, simulation, and autonomy-focused defense R&D programs. Establish and execute program baselines, manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and risks, provide leadership briefs, support proposals, ensure security classification compliance, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

Develop and integrate autonomy and mission systems software for sensing platforms, implement real-time Modern C++ applications from higher-level algorithms, lead small teams, perform M&S and live testing using LVC infrastructure, and engage with customers to shape requirements and deployments.

Lead capture-to-execution for classified RF/EW programs: drive capture strategy and proposals, manage budgets/schedules/P&L, coordinate with chief engineers, mitigate risk, and deliver multiple fast-paced programs while engaging customers and stakeholders.
