Oversee daily field operations for high-end residential renovation and custom home projects. Supervise subcontractors, coordinate schedules and logistics, inspect quality, manage deliveries and safety, ensure code and permit compliance, and serve as the primary on-site client contact. Collaborate with project managers and planners to deliver work on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Develop project budgets and pricing from concept through final design, partnering with design and construction teams on scope, cost, and constructability.
