Oversee daily office administration, front desk operations, supplies, vendor setup, accounts payable support, subcontractor compliance, employee onboarding, timecard accuracy, and warranty claim tracking. Serve as the liaison between the local division and corporate teams while supporting office organization and business leaders.

Project Planner responsible for developing budgets and pricing, coordinating design and construction teams, leading procurement and subcontractor buyout, managing project financials, supporting field execution, conducting job walks, and analyzing margins and variances across Dallas-area projects.

Designs production-ready cabinetry layouts, elevations, shop drawings, renderings, and specifications for residential remodeling projects. Verifies measurements and field conditions, coordinates orders and revisions with manufacturers and vendors, identifies design and construction conflicts, and supports installation teams with technical clarification. Collaborates with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients to create accurate, buildable kitchen, bath, closet, entertainment, bar, and custom cabinetry designs.
