Scale, roast, monitor process parameters, perform routine cleaning and maintenance, document production and inventory, communicate deviations, and support packaging. Maintain SQF/GMP compliance and a fragrance-free, non-smoking workplace.

Manage and grow a portfolio of food specialty and key market accounts in the gift and specialty channel. Build buyer and distributor relationships, develop account-specific sales plans, pursue new business, coordinate cross-functionally for product launches and fulfillment, track performance and forecasts, represent the company at trade shows, and deliver outstanding customer service to drive revenue and profitable growth.
