Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, recommend suitable products, track outreach and results in a CRM, and meet weekly activity and sales targets. The role requires strong communication, persistence, comfort with rejection, and performance-driven motivation. Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience is preferred but not required. Remote employees must have reliable computer and phone access and a quiet workspace.

Operate packaging equipment to pack roasted coffee, follow inventory and quality-control procedures, handle materials, perform repetitive physical tasks, and maintain safety and certified organic quality standards.

Researches, reconciles, resolves, and disputes customer deductions, including chargebacks, shortages, damages, and promotion-related claims. Obtains supporting documentation from wholesale customers and freight companies, verifies deductions against approved programs, pursues paybacks, tracks statuses, and escalates delayed items. Builds relationships with finance, sales teams, customers, and freight providers while maintaining accurate, timely, and organized deduction processing.
