Leads sales strategy and commercialization by translating brand plans, consumer insights, and business objectives into customer strategies and go-to-market plans. Partners with Field Sales, Brand Marketing, and Club teams on innovation, assortment, pricing, presentations, merchandising, promotions, and secondary placement. Oversees annual deployment initiatives, cross-functional timelines, and execution processes while equipping Sales with tools and customer-ready materials.

Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, recommend suitable products, track outreach and results in a CRM, and meet weekly activity and sales targets. The role requires strong communication, persistence, comfort with rejection, and performance-driven motivation. Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience is preferred but not required. Remote employees must have reliable computer and phone access and a quiet workspace.

Operate packaging equipment to pack roasted coffee, follow inventory and quality-control procedures, handle materials, perform repetitive physical tasks, and maintain safety and certified organic quality standards.
