Curate lifestyle imagery, prepare production-ready artwork, manage concurrent projects in Asana, and collaborate with Brand, Art, E-Commerce, copywriting, and marketing teams. The role combines detailed production work with creative concept development and presentation.

Provides exceptional customer service and product education in a retail Mountain Studio. Responsibilities include engaging customers, processing POS transactions, maintaining visual displays, receiving and restocking inventory, organizing backstock, answering phones, and fulfilling customer shipments. Requires weekend and holiday flexibility, computer and POS proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to move up to 50 pounds and use ladders.

Lead retention marketing to drive repeat revenue and customer lifetime value across email, SMS, catalog, paid remarketing, affiliates and loyalty. Own retention strategy, budget allocation, forecasting, segmentation, experimentation, and reporting. Optimize lifecycle flows, reactivation and frequency, evaluate incrementality, and partner cross-functionally. Manage and develop direct reports and coordinate with agencies and creative teams to deliver personalized, performance-driven retention programs.

Manage PLM/PIM systems and data (Centric, Pimberly), own product compliance (labeling, PFAS, CPSIA, CAFTA), execute EU Digital Product Passport requirements, run sustainability programs (certifications, RDS, Scope 3.1 data), and coordinate regulatory reporting and cross-functional stakeholders.
