Owns Stio’s organic social media strategy execution, channel operations, community engagement, and hands-on short-form content creation. Coordinates athlete and ambassador content, manages deliverables and usage rights, supports editorial storytelling and brand activations, and collaborates with production and performance marketing teams. Tracks social performance metrics and applies insights to improve audience growth and content effectiveness. The role requires authentic outdoor experience, strong content judgment, organization, relationship-building, and approximately 20% travel.

Design and adapt creative assets across print, digital, email, social, retail, and wholesale channels. Produce catalog layouts, campaign visuals, displays, signage, and point-of-sale materials while maintaining brand standards and production quality. Curate lifestyle imagery, prepare production-ready artwork, manage concurrent projects in Asana, and collaborate with Brand, Art, E-Commerce, copywriting, and marketing teams. The role combines detailed production work with creative concept development and presentation.

Provides exceptional customer service and product education in a retail Mountain Studio. Responsibilities include engaging customers, processing POS transactions, maintaining visual displays, receiving and restocking inventory, organizing backstock, answering phones, and fulfilling customer shipments. Requires weekend and holiday flexibility, computer and POS proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to move up to 50 pounds and use ladders.
