Perform rig derrick duties: transfer rods and tubing, operate rod hoist and pumps, assist rig-up/rig-down, maintain and repair workover rig equipment, follow safety procedures and JHAs, mentor junior crew, and drive company vehicles. Work extended shifts, at heights, and lift heavy loads.

Perform hands-on flowback operations: operate pressure vessels, pumps and filtration equipment; rig up/down flowback iron; drive company trucks; monitor well returns and tank levels; maintain and clean equipment; communicate constantly and follow supervisor instructions and company policies while working extended shifts on site.

Manage all rig operations including setup, teardown, moves, safety, compliance, crew supervision, paperwork, inventory, hazard control, and troubleshooting of workover rig equipment. Ensure regulatory and company policy adherence and maintain crew certifications.

Support flowback operations by operating pumps, pressure vessels, and filtration equipment; rig up/down flowback iron; monitor well returns and tank levels; drive company trucks; maintain and clean equipment; follow supervisor instructions and company policies while working extended shifts in variable weather.

Manage all rig operations including setup, teardown, moves, crew safety, paperwork, regulatory compliance, inventory and certifications. Troubleshoot rig equipment, coach crew, prepare rig tickets, enforce SOPs, and perform rig operator, floor hand, and derrick hand duties as needed.

Manage all well service rig operations including setup, teardown, moves, safety, paperwork, inventory, compliance, and crew supervision. Troubleshoot rig equipment, enforce procedures, maintain certifications, prepare rig tickets, and ensure environmental and regulatory compliance while supporting 24-hour operations when required.

Manage all rig operations, safety, crew supervision, paperwork, regulatory compliance, inventory, and equipment troubleshooting for workover rigs. Ensure certifications, incident reporting, JSAs, PPE compliance, and communication with company management and clients.

Support flowback operations on oil wells: operate pressure vessels, pumps, and filtration; rig up/down flowback iron; drive trucks and back trailers; monitor wellbore returns and tank levels; maintain equipment; communicate constantly; follow supervisor instructions and company policies while working extended shifts away from home.

Perform rig derrick duties including handling rod, tubing, and casing; operate hoists and pumps; assist rig up/down; maintain and repair equipment; follow safety procedures; participate in training and safety meetings; drive company vehicles as needed.

Assist flowback operations: operate pressure vessels, pumps, filtration, rig up/down flowback iron, monitor well returns and tank levels, drive company trucks, maintain equipment, follow supervisor instructions, communicate constantly, and perform physically demanding, multi-day on-site work in variable weather.

Operate in the rig derrick to transfer rods and tubing, operate hoists and occasional pumps, assist rig-up/rig-down, perform maintenance and repairs, follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings, drive company vehicles, and support crew operations including training and mentoring.

Assist crew operator on workover rigs by handling rods, tubing, and casing; operate hoist/pumps; perform maintenance, inspect lift gear, rig up/down, drive company vehicles, follow safety procedures, and participate in training and daily safety meetings.

Perform field flowback support: operate pressure vessels, pumps, filtration, drive company trucks, rig up/down flowback iron, monitor well returns and tank levels, maintain equipment, follow supervisor instructions, and work extended consecutive days in varying weather.

Perform rig floor duties on workover rigs including rigging up/down, operating triplex pumps, pulling/laying rods, tubing and casing, inspecting lift equipment, completing maintenance and repairs, participating in safety meetings and JHAs, mentoring junior staff, and driving company vehicles as needed. Must follow safe operating procedures and participate in required training.

Supervise and execute frac flowback operations, lead crews, ensure safety and compliance, manage multiple projects and schedules, solve operational problems, communicate with internal/external stakeholders, work in all weather and away from home, perform physical tasks (50 lb lifts), and use computers to support operations.

Work on a workover rig crew to handle rods, tubing, and casing, operate hoists and pumps, assist rig-up/rig-down, perform maintenance, inspect lifting gear, and follow safety procedures. Must climb the derrick, lift heavy objects, drive company vehicles, and participate in training and JHAs.

Supervise and perform frac flowback operations on workover rigs. Lead crews, ensure safe driving and lifting practices, manage projects, troubleshoot issues, communicate with internal and external customers, and work variable schedules and weather conditions.

Supervise and manage frac flowback operations including rigging, equipment performance, separation and pressure-tank operations up to 10,000 psi. Lead and mentor up to four crew members, perform shift changes, enforce HSE practices, complete safety paperwork, operate company vehicles/equipment, use FIRE software, maintain client communication, and report daily costs and equipment accountability.
