Must follow safe operating procedures and participate in required training.

Manage all well service rig operations including setup, teardown, moves, safety, paperwork, inventory, compliance, and crew supervision. Troubleshoot rig equipment, enforce procedures, maintain certifications, prepare rig tickets, and ensure environmental and regulatory compliance while supporting 24-hour operations when required.

Manage all rig operations, safety, crew supervision, paperwork, regulatory compliance, inventory, and equipment troubleshooting for workover rigs. Ensure certifications, incident reporting, JSAs, PPE compliance, and communication with company management and clients.

Work as a derrick hand on workover rigs: transfer and align rods, tubing and casing; operate rod hoist and triplex pumps; perform rig maintenance, fueling, greasing, and repairs; assist rig up/down and other crew tasks; follow safety procedures, attend tailgate meetings, and complete pre-employment drug screen and physical.
