Lead corporate business development strategy, identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities, drive revenue growth, manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and build or lead a deal-making team to execute high-impact transactions.

Lead and supervise frac flowback operations including rigging, equipment operation and maintenance, crew supervision, safety and incident management, client communication, shift reporting, and cost accountability. Train and mentor personnel, enforce HSE procedures, manage onsite fluids and high-pressure wells, and use FIRE software for reporting and operations support.

Perform rig derrick duties: transfer rods and tubing, operate rod hoist and pumps, assist rig-up/rig-down, maintain and repair workover rig equipment, follow safety procedures and JHAs, mentor junior crew, and drive company vehicles. Work extended shifts, at heights, and lift heavy loads.
