- Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Frac Flowback operations.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- More than 2 years Frac Flowback experience
- 1 or more years preferred in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership ability
- Excellent time management skills
- Above average computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
- Able to analyze and resolve problems.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Self-Starter
- Ability to consistently perform in a professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline.
- Consistently practice safe driving
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including away from home.
- Able to work proficiently in all weather conditions.
