The role generates leads, upsells services, supports marketing initiatives, tracks event information, and follows up with customers. It also performs administrative and accounts receivable tasks, travels to customer locations as needed, and supports event operations during busy periods, including weekends.

Manage and grow the Central Valley customer base, develop new business, respond to estimate inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. Coordinate support and service drivers, visit customer locations and job sites, assist with marketing initiatives, perform administrative and accounts receivable tasks, and ensure customer expectations are met. The role requires office work, seasonal weekend availability, overtime, and occasional operational support for portable sanitation services.
