Manage and grow the Central Valley customer base, develop new business, respond to estimate inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. Coordinate support and service drivers, visit customer locations and job sites, assist with marketing initiatives, perform administrative and accounts receivable tasks, and ensure customer expectations are met. The role requires office work, seasonal weekend availability, overtime, and occasional operational support for portable sanitation services.

Administer and optimize the Paycom HCM platform, HR workflows, and employee lifecycle processes. Maintain HR data integrity, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and system documentation. Lead testing, implementations, enhancements, troubleshooting, and process improvement while managing ATS workflows. Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, improve efficiency, support employee experience, and provide training and user support.

Manage sales and customer service for an assigned territory, including prospecting, account development, product and service sales, quotes, negotiations, order fulfillment, customer issue resolution, and follow-up. Maintain sales activity in ERP and CRM systems, monitor market and competitor conditions, support collections, conduct equipment demonstrations, evaluate used machinery, and build profitable long-term customer relationships.
