Serves as the primary contact for customers at a PAR branch, recommending equipment and service solutions, preparing quotes, processing rentals and sales orders, negotiating pricing, and coordinating fulfillment. Generates leads, develops accounts, resolves customer issues, monitors order satisfaction, and collaborates with account managers, dispatch, suppliers, and branch leadership. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, basic computer skills, and occasional local driving and delivery coordination.

Sells and coordinates special events by managing client relationships, proposals, contracts, budgets, logistics, orders, installations, and issue resolution. The role generates leads, upsells services, supports marketing initiatives, tracks event information, and follows up with customers. It also performs administrative and accounts receivable tasks, travels to customer locations as needed, and supports event operations during busy periods, including weekends.

Manage and grow the Central Valley customer base, develop new business, respond to estimate inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. Coordinate support and service drivers, visit customer locations and job sites, assist with marketing initiatives, perform administrative and accounts receivable tasks, and ensure customer expectations are met. The role requires office work, seasonal weekend availability, overtime, and occasional operational support for portable sanitation services.
