Lead and coordinate technical design for large power generation projects. Manage day-to-day design team activities, ensure cross-discipline coordination, implement quality control, monitor discipline progress, and support the Project Manager with technical communications and client change management.

Coordinate with civil/structural teams, support design phases through as-built, provide drafting support, QA/QC, and mentor technicians and designers.

Design, analyze, and lead instrumentation and control systems for water/wastewater, power, and industrial facilities. Develop specifications, drawings, I/O lists, and logic diagrams for PLCs and DCS, support procurement, bid evaluation, construction, installation, and commissioning, and coordinate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams while maintaining project documentation and QA/QC standards.

Perform electrical design and coordination for military, airfield, and site projects in the Indo-Pacific. Develop plans, specs, charrette reports, perform electrical system analysis, support construction, and assist business development and RFP responses. Travel ~15–20% and work onsite in Guam.
