Lead and support traffic studies, transportation planning, project quality assurance, technical teams, client relationships, business development, and project pursuits. Develop scopes and fees, provide traffic engineering expertise, recommend operating standards, and support department and group management. The role requires civil engineering knowledge, Florida PE licensure, traffic planning and analysis experience, safety planning expertise, and familiarity with Florida and federal transportation standards.

Provides marketing, communications, and graphic design support for corporate and market initiatives. Creates and formats collateral, presentations, digital content, social media graphics, and branded materials. Drafts and edits communications, supports website and internal platform updates, coordinates conferences and sponsorships, organizes design assets, maintains brand standards, and assists with marketing metrics. Collaborates with internal stakeholders across markets while managing multiple deadlines.

Develop and manage integrated organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across search, social, email, display, and web channels. Create ad copy, messaging frameworks, and campaign themes; collaborate with graphic designers; coordinate launches; maintain brand voice; monitor analytics and ROI; conduct A/B testing; and optimize campaign performance. The role also requires staying current with digital marketing best practices, AI search trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
