Support and maintain clinical, ambulatory, ancillary, financial and administrative information systems. Obtain timely authorizations for oncology treatments by verifying insurance coverage, securing necessary approvals, providing patient cost estimates, resolving denials, minimizing delays, and ensuring compliance within the oncology revenue cycle.

Provide outpatient and inpatient pediatric clinical care, supervise nursing staff, maintain regulatory documentation, offer on-call coverage, teach and supervise trainees, engage in scholarly activity, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and perform administrative duties as assigned.

Assist the orthodontist and dentist chairside to provide patient care across all ages. Prepare patients, assist with procedures, take X-rays (NJ X-Ray license required), maintain clinical workflow, and support sterilization and recordkeeping under supervision.

Schedule outpatient primary care and specialty appointments from the ED/Urgent Care, document in the medical record and scheduling system, follow up on referrals to ensure continuity of care, coordinate with nursing for patient tracking, and manage high-priority/intensive tracking tasks.

Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic exams in inpatient and outpatient settings following positioning, image quality, and radiation safety protocols. Operate scanners, power injectors, and hospital software to capture and document images, and assist in specialty areas (ED, OR, Fluoroscopy). Provide patient instruction and contribute to departmental quality and interpersonal excellence.

Support development and execution of system-level strategic initiatives through data analysis, market research, and project management. Inform leadership decisions, ensure alignment with organizational mission and long-term goals, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to advance healthcare services.

Performs patient registration and financial screening, collecting demographic, insurance, and payment information prior to services. Accurately enters data, collects patient financial responsibility, refers self-pay patients to financial services, and acts as a liaison with ancillary departments to ensure prompt patient service.

Lead strategic planning and integrated marketing campaigns for the health system, driving brand awareness, patient consideration and conversion. Manage omni-channel go-to-market plans, budgets, cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement (physicians/staff), project management from ideation to launch, and execution within tight timelines.

Lead Decision Support function, oversee cost accounting, service-line profitability, budgeting, pro forma valuation, and integrate clinical and financial data. Build analytic models and tools to support system-wide financial decision-making, serve as primary data analysis source, and liaise with consultants and internal project teams to support growth and strategy.

Deliver medical nutrition therapy for pediatric conditions (failure to thrive, obesity, food allergies/intolerance, GI disorders, feeding difficulties, enteral nutrition, eating disorders, cardiac, oncology, ketogenic diet) and participate in subspecialty clinics including cystic fibrosis and genetic/metabolic disorders.

Support and develop pharmacy-related clinical systems and EMR configurations to enable safe medication use. Translate medication-use requirements into application design, collaborate with clinical pharmacy and IT teams, manage multiple projects to deliver solutions on schedule, and provide 24/7 on-call support.

Provide pediatric surgical care including pre-op evaluation, intraoperative management using standard techniques, post-op documentation, on-call and clinic coverage, teach surgical residents, participate in hospital policy compliance, consulting, and engage in scholarly activity and research.

Collect patient demographic, insurance, and financial information during registration; perform financial screening and collections; refer self-pay patients to financial services; enter accurate data and liaise with ancillary departments to ensure prompt patient service.

Support departmental financial operations including financial reporting, budget monitoring, general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and routine financial analyses. Assist with budget preparation and collaborate with finance team and contracted accounting resources to ensure accurate financial records.

Provide specialty pharmacy clinical care within an integrated care team, manage prior authorizations and dispensing support, ensure therapy access and adherence, develop evidence-based protocols, and lead clinical quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes.
