Collaborates with physicians, care providers, and coding teams to obtain complete documentation, educates clinical staff on documentation guidelines, and supports accurate severity-of-illness assignment.

Leads multiple complex enterprise projects and programs across a healthcare environment. Oversees intake, planning, scope, schedules, costs, risks, quality, procurement, resources, communications, and stakeholders. Develops project charters, estimates, timelines, action plans, and resource plans; coordinates geographically dispersed teams and vendors; ensures regulatory compliance; communicates status and risks; and contributes to ePMO standards and best practices.

Registers patients, collects demographic, insurance, and financial information, screens patients financially, collects patient responsibility payments, refers self-pay patients for financial assistance, accurately enters data, and coordinates with ancillary departments. Provides prompt, patient-focused service while following established registration policies and procedures.
