Full-cycle enterprise sales role owning accounts end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demos with SEs, negotiation, close, onboarding, and expansion. Build executive and operational relationships, lead ROI-driven demos and business cases, collaborate cross-functionally, and relay field feedback to product and GTM teams.

Design, build, and ship internal AI agents and automations; create evaluation frameworks and monitoring to measure effectiveness; partner cross-functionally to prioritize automations; drive adoption and trust across teams.

Lead and build Squint's technical support function: troubleshoot complex customer issues across integrations, APIs, and AR/AI platform; create tooling, runbooks, and escalation processes; partner with Engineering and Product; own incident response and customer communications; and define the growth and structure of the support organization.

Support core finance processes (forecasting, monthly revenue review), maintain recurring operational processes (reporting, reconciliations, documentation), own cross-functional projects, and build dashboards and reporting to provide decision-ready insights for leadership.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across Engineering and GTM while building Squint's recruiting function: processes, ATS, scorecards, metrics, interviewer training, employer brand, and early People Ops foundations (onboarding, systems, performance). Partner with founders and hiring managers to set hiring strategy and bar.

Lead internal IT operations including provisioning/deprovisioning, device and SaaS tool management, vendor procurement, basic security hygiene (SSO, access and device policies), onboarding/offboarding, incident response, and building runbooks and tooling to reduce recurring issues.

Own end-to-end deployments of Squint’s industrial intelligence platform: write production integrations, custom workflows and data pipelines, embed on factory floors and field sites, troubleshoot legacy systems and spotty connectivity, gather field feedback to shape product, and prove value to frontline users and executives.
