Leads Lean Six Sigma strategy across sales, deployment, engineering, product, and marketing. Builds manufacturing improvement playbooks, diagnoses plant bottlenecks, supports customer pilots, validates AI-generated time studies, shapes product requirements, and represents the company as a manufacturing expert. The role requires hands-on factory transformation experience, customer-site workshops, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent travel.

Lead and scale global accounting operations: manage month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, controls, audit, systems and integrations, and build the Finance & Accounting team.

Own the full sales cycle for industrial customers, including outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, remote product demonstrations, negotiation, closing, pipeline management, and quota attainment. The role sells an Industrial AI platform to manufacturers and requires strong communication, organization, self-direction, curiosity about manufacturing, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
