Lead multi-country payroll for ~1,000 APAC employees, ensure accurate timely payroll cycles, maintain controls and compliance, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, liaise with HR and Finance, process year-end reporting, and train/mentor payroll assistants.

Design, build, automate, and operate multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) using IaC and CI/CD. Support DR, monitoring/AIOps, security remediation, cost optimization, incident response, and runbook/documentation. Participate in on-call rotation and integrate acquired systems into cloud infrastructure while applying AI tooling to operations.

Support sales pipeline growth through prospecting, cold calls/emails, market research, identifying decision-makers, and initiating relationships. Attend tradeshows, collaborate with sales/marketing/product teams, and learn CRM tools and outreach techniques under mentorship.

Act as a consultant for suppliers, manage outreach cadence, document activity in Salesforce, collaborate with account teams, overcome objections, and meet campaign adoption and SLA targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), support investor relations, research technical accounting issues, draft policies, respond to external audit requests, optimize reporting using Workiva/Oracle, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.

Drive net-new enterprise sales and expand existing large supplier accounts by prospecting, presenting executive-level solutions, managing full sales cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver SPS Commerce SaaS supply chain solutions and meet quota.

Lead month-end close and consolidation activities across global legal entities, perform journal entries and reconciliations, manage intercompany eliminations and foreign currency accounting, support M&A accounting and transfer pricing coordination, prepare reporting schedules, and partner with tax and auditors to ensure accurate, timely financial statements.

Lead and advance the company's SOX compliance program as the subject matter authority. Oversee SOX program standards, external auditor engagements, ITGC oversight, M&A and system integration support, training, and a Risk & Controls team. Partner with senior leadership to prioritize activities, drive program maturation, and ensure regulatory compliance and control quality.

Lead strategic, executive-level customer relationships for enterprise retail accounts. Drive adoption, onboarding, change management, and value realization across SPS Commerce products. Own a portfolio (up to ~15 accounts), coordinate internal teams to resolve issues, provide product feedback, negotiate contract terms, and lead planning and project management to increase customer lifetime value.

Quota-carrying Account Executive responsible for selling SPS Commerce solutions to suppliers ($0–$50M). Prospect, engage inbound leads, grow accounts, cross-sell/upsell, manage a 90-day pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and document activity in Salesforce.com to meet ARR targets.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines and services processing high-volume EDI transactions. Participate in full SDLC, collaborate with analysts and product teams on analytics use cases, improve observability and performance, support production, and work in an agile, distributed team using modern DevOps practices.

Design, deploy, and maintain highly available container orchestration platforms and deployment automation. Build monitoring/observability, automate failure handling, integrate AI agent orchestration and AI coding tools, collaborate with product and service teams, write and test code, and provide documentation, capacity planning, and reliability improvements.
