Manages PR agencies, vendors, budgets, performance metrics, and relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and trade media. Oversees and develops social media and influencer marketing managers while partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent external messaging.

Own and execute SPS Commerce’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Manage editorial calendars, executive social presence, content production, agency and stakeholder partnerships, community engagement, and performance analytics. Use data and AI-powered tools to optimize reach, engagement, and growth while maintaining a cohesive B2B technology brand presence.

Leads security operations, including SOC performance, incident command, detection and response tooling, AI-agent oversight, MSP relationships, and 24x7 coverage. Manages cyber defense engineers, analysts, and an eight-person contractor SOC pod; develops SecOps roadmaps, oversees SIEM, EDR, and SOAR quality, coordinates major incidents, and partners on agentic security capabilities. Provides coaching, performance management, and career development while driving measurable security improvements.
