Own and coordinate shipping document integrations for SMB customers, including technical configuration, project timelines, troubleshooting, customer training, product adoption, and ongoing optimization. Serve as a liaison between customers, Customer Support, Sales, and internal product teams while monitoring integration performance and recommending improvements.

Investigate and resolve invalid retailer deductions and short-pays across supplier accounts. Review invoices, purchase orders, shipping records, and financial documentation; reconcile deductions with accounts receivable and payable records; prepare and file disputes; track resolutions and recoveries; and identify deduction trends and prevention opportunities. The role requires managing high dispute volumes, interpreting incomplete documentation, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers.

Leads the global payroll function for 2,800+ employees across multiple countries, overseeing strategy, compliance, tax filings, reconciliations, systems, vendors, audits, and process improvement. Manages and develops the payroll team, resolves complex issues, supports organizational expansion and acquisitions, and partners with Finance, HR, Legal, executives, and external auditors.
