Generate and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities through consultative discovery. Own early-stage pipeline creation, document opportunities in Salesforce, hand off high-quality leads to Account Executives, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to improve processes and messaging.

Responsible for indirect sales and partner development with 3PLs, carriers, and other logistics partners. Drive lead generation, prospecting, territory planning, and partner-led opportunities. Collaborate with direct sales, sales engineering, and implementation teams, maintain a 90-day pipeline, document activity in Salesforce, and meet indirect quota through business planning, forecasts, and periodic onsite partner engagement.

Support Order-to-Cash billing operations by processing contract updates, credits, usage imports, and invoice changes. Perform level 2 reviews validating contractual accuracy, policy compliance, and SOX alignment. Reconcile ERP/CRM data, resolve billing exceptions, maintain documentation, support reporting, and recommend process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
