Represent the company through customer engagements, conferences, webinars, media opportunities, and executive presentations.

Performs post-sale technical implementations, including installation, upgrades, testing, configuration, and data-rule mapping. Consults with customers to understand operational needs, tracks project progress, resolves change events, and communicates with stakeholders. Senior-level consultants own complex support cases, coordinate with partners and third parties, act as escalation points, and apply deep ERP, EDI, and supply-chain expertise while managing multiple concurrent activities.

Implement ERP and other technology integrations for customers, including installation, upgrades, testing, configuration, data-rule mapping, troubleshooting, and change-event resolution. Track implementation projects, manage deadlines, communicate progress, and coordinate with clients, partners, consultants, VARs, and application providers. Senior consultants handle complex escalations, own partner-supported issues, and apply deep EDI, supply-chain, and industry knowledge.
