Design, build, and operate highly available, secure container orchestration platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Develop monitoring and observability, automate deployments and infrastructure, collaborate with product and engineering teams to prevent failures, improve reliability, and mentor/hire SRE talent.

Lead multi-country payroll for ~1,000 APAC employees, ensure accurate timely payroll cycles, maintain controls and compliance, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, liaise with HR and Finance, process year-end reporting, and train/mentor payroll assistants.

Monitor and engage online communities and review platforms, respond to feedback, escalate issues to internal teams, track sentiment and trends, and surface actionable insights to Product, Support, Marketing, and Leadership to protect and improve brand reputation.
