Lead non-medical operations in a designated neighborhood of a retirement community: supervise housekeeping, maintenance, food service coordination, shift reports and meetings, manage supplies, ensure resident personal care and well-being programs, communicate with residents, families, and staff, and coordinate follow-up with managers and nursing as needed.

Part-time role creating and leading arts, wellness, and social programs for older adults. Organize events, coordinate resident outings, collaborate with staff, and support meaningful engagement to enhance residents' quality of life.

Lead and manage all operations of a 191-bed skilled nursing campus, overseeing clinical and nonclinical services, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, staffing, budgeting, and resident-centered care while implementing the Household Model and fostering stakeholder relationships.

Prepare and transport meals, follow production sheets and menus, serve specialized diets accurately, maintain food safety and sanitation, set up/clean dining areas, lift up to 35 lbs, and provide excellent customer service to residents.
