Teams at Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community

Supervises licensed nursing staff during the assigned shift, organizes resident care, oversees personnel assignments, ensures care plans are followed, provides nursing and emergency care, and coordinates resident care with nurses, providers, the outpatient clinic, shift manager, and DON.

Prepare and transport meals, follow production sheets and menus, serve specialized diets accurately, maintain food safety and sanitation, set up/clean dining areas, lift up to 35 lbs, and provide excellent customer service to residents.
