Teams at Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community

Assess residents in the clinic and community, provide nursing care according to physician orders, document care in the EMR, communicate with residents, families, providers, and staff, support clinic providers, respond to community calls, coordinate EMS handoffs, maintain clinic areas, and follow organizational safety and care policies.

Supervises daily building maintenance operations, including employee performance, scheduling, inspections, work orders, contractors, purchasing, budgets, safety, and preventative maintenance. Provides hands-on guidance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, emergency systems, laundry equipment, and building repairs. Ensures compliance with policies, OSHA standards, fire and safety plans, quality expectations, and resident billing procedures.

Prepare and transport meals, follow production sheets and menus, serve specialized diets accurately, maintain food safety and sanitation, set up/clean dining areas, lift up to 35 lbs, and provide excellent customer service to residents.
