Own and modernize the build-and-test platform for a large TypeScript, React, and Go monorepo. Lead Bazel modernization, improve incremental builds, caching, test parallelism, observability, and CI speed and reliability. Build hermetic, reproducible, sandboxed environments and ephemeral branch-based stacks. Own testing across unit, integration, browser, and visual layers, including flake detection, quarantine, merge signals, and agent-ready development workflows.

Lead Sprig’s Customer Success organization across CSM and CSE teams, owning retention, adoption, expansion, customer health, and NRR outcomes. Develop strategy, coach teams, support strategic enterprise accounts, guide renewals and expansions, oversee technical onboarding and implementation, and strengthen executive relationships. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove customer barriers and translate feedback into product improvements while building a scalable, high-performing customer success function.

Own end-to-end execution of field events, conferences, hosted experiences, and meetups, managing venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, and onsite delivery. Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive attendance, support campaigns, manage gifting and direct mail, track performance, and improve event investments. Coordinate internal teams, speakers, partners, and vendors while ensuring polished attendee experiences and measurable pipeline impact.

The Research Partner will serve as an industry evangelist, partner with clients, create engaging content, and represent Sprig at events to drive awareness and expansion of the platform.

Act as a technical advisor to help customers deploy, integrate, troubleshoot, and scale Sprig. Lead technical onboarding and implementations, run demos and solution consultations, collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve issues and improve documentation, recommend best practices, and support expansions alongside Sales and Customer Success.

Lead and scale a mid-market sales organization as a player-coach: close strategic deals, coach AEs and BDRs, build repeatable sales processes and forecasting, manage pipeline and CRM hygiene, recruit and develop talent, partner cross-functionally, and leverage AI and modern sales tools to drive growth. Hybrid role based in San Francisco (4 days/week).
