Teams at Sprig

Build and maintain large-scale backend systems and AI inference pipelines to transform user feedback into product insights. Develop backend APIs, own end-to-end features, improve observability and testing, and integrate AI workflows while collaborating with product and engineering teams in a hybrid San Francisco role.

The Research Partner will serve as an industry evangelist, partner with clients, create engaging content, and represent Sprig at events to drive awareness and expansion of the platform.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for six- to seven-figure ARR deals: prospect, build pipeline, run onsite meetings and executive presentations, close complex multi-threaded deals, use AI sales tools, and travel up to 25% while operating in a hybrid San Francisco office.
