Support a 24x7 NOC by designing, implementing, and maintaining SolarWinds monitoring (NPM, NTA, NCM, IPAM), integrating with ServiceNow, building dashboards/reports in Power BI using SolarWinds SQL, automating alerts and tasks, troubleshooting complex network/infra/application issues, and maintaining runbooks per ITIL.

Lead and mature enterprise-wide Disaster Recovery and IT Resiliency program. Develop and maintain DR plans across mainframe, servers, virtualization, cloud, SAN, network and replication technologies. Plan and execute full and component DR tests, manage vendors and hot-site readiness, document test results, track remediation, report DR posture and drive continuous improvement and compliance.

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure using NMS (SolarWinds), respond to alerts and incidents, diagnose and troubleshoot routers/switches, create and track incident tickets, escalate to engineering, mentor L1/L2 analysts, follow NOC SOPs and runbooks, isolate NJ Transit network outages to minimize MTTR, and work alternate shifts as needed.

Lead end-to-end Office 365 migrations and tenant-to-tenant consolidations, manage AD/Azure AD integration, implement security/compliance controls, coordinate cutovers and user adoption, troubleshoot with migration tools, and support M&A IT integration and due diligence to ensure minimal business disruption.

The Senior Oracle HCM Technical Developer will build integrations, develop reports, lead data conversions, customize application pages, train teams, and troubleshoot issues during Oracle HCM implementations.

Provide first-response help desk support: troubleshoot Microsoft applications, log and follow up on issues, assist users professionally, and escalate when needed. Participate in onsite training and support Windows/Office environments under a hybrid weekend/weekday schedule.

Design and develop responsive Oracle VBCS applications, extend Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM with custom UIs, create reusable UI components and business rules, build OIC integrations (REST/SOAP), connect to Oracle Cloud and third-party systems, perform testing and deployments, debug issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring peers.
