Lead and execute day-to-day public relations and communications for Sphere: develop publicity strategies, craft pitches and press materials, manage press lists and calendars, support events and executive communications, coordinate cross-departmentally, and provide on-site representation for guests and partners.

Lead public relations and communications for Sphere and Sphere Studios. Develop and execute consumer-facing campaigns, manage media outreach and crisis response, elevate executive profiles, oversee agencies, and build a high-performing communications team to support events, residencies, partnerships, and corporate priorities.

Lead Sphere's end-to-end digital strategy and team to optimize content, discoverability, performance, analytics, and lifecycle marketing. Own customer journey mapping, experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing), headless CMS governance, SEO and technical site health, CRM/lifecycle programs, and cross-functional delivery with product, engineering, creative, and marketing to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.

Provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives, managing confidential correspondence, complex travel, shifting calendars across coasts, meetings, and executive presentations. Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, collaborate with other assistants, handle approvals and paperwork, and be available outside normal hours to support a fast-paced environment.

Support corporate development across the MSG family by building business plans, financial models, and market research; assist M&A, equity investments, due diligence, deal structuring, and presentations for senior management while coordinating cross-functional and external advisors.

Manage inbound group sales inquiries, prospect and close B2B group sales, meet revenue and ticket goals, maintain CRM and ticketing records, perform administrative duties, support site tours and events, and provide excellent customer service during shows and office hours.

Lead a team to design, implement, and support studio production infrastructure across on-prem and hybrid cloud. Collaborate with IT, engineering, and security to architect scalable solutions, automate deployments, evaluate production tools, and improve workflows for high-quality media production.

The Senior Business Analyst, Technology will translate infrastructure programs into business cases, perform financial modeling, and support technology investment strategies. Responsibilities include operational analytics, capacity modeling, and creating executive-level communications.
