Lead procurement strategy and execution for Sphere venues and technology categories. Manage strategic sourcing (RFx), supplier negotiations, contract management, spend analysis, and supplier performance. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into procurement solutions, drive process improvements and compliance, and support procurement technology initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and vendor relationships.

Provides commercial FP&A support across reporting, forecasting, budgeting, revenue modeling, and month-end close activities. Analyzes ticket projections and operational drivers, researches variances, maintains Hyperion reporting, and improves scalable finance processes. Partners with finance, accounting, revenue strategy, and commercial business teams across Sphere Experiences, sponsorship, hospitality, marketing, communications, and expansion initiatives.

Supports commercial management and delivery of large-scale Sphere construction projects. Responsibilities include subcontractor payment reviews, cost reporting, procurement, contract administration, change management, supplier performance monitoring, cost validation, forecasting, and financial controls. The role also supports contractor onboarding, stakeholder coordination, process improvements, and team development across complex multinational projects.
