Manages a multidisciplinary team, agencies, vendors, and technology partners; presents strategic recommendations to leadership and drives engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.

Leads high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for venue roles, including hourly and salaried positions. Plans and executes hiring events, develops sourcing strategies, screens and interviews candidates, advises hiring managers, manages recruitment coordination, and oversees candidate communication through onboarding. The role also handles offers, pre-employment requirements, recruitment reporting, applicant tracking, and candidate experience initiatives while partnering with People Practices and business stakeholders.
