The Solution Executive will drive sales revenue by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business with enterprise clients, focusing on Sphera's software solutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.

Serve as liaison between business and technical teams to gather, document, and translate requirements; analyze processes and impacts; assist testing and training; deliver product presentations; manage interdependencies across product suite; collaborate with stakeholders; travel up to 25%; maintain qualification to work on U.S. military installations.

Lead product management for government-focused software (HMMS Suite). Translate stakeholder vision into requirements, coordinate with development/QA/sales, produce user stories, presentations, training, and test plans, and analyze system impacts for data-driven, large-scale applications.

Serve as the product owner/BA for the HMMS suite: gather and document requirements, write epics/features/user stories, work with development and UX, manage release backlog, run grooming/pointing, support demos/training, coordinate with stakeholders and other product owners, and assist testing and production support.

Support Engineering Operations by collecting, validating, and reporting delivery and productivity metrics from tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, Power BI, etc.). Maintain dashboards, clean tool data, track AI adoption, prepare charts and executive summaries, manage action/decision logs, and perform ad hoc analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Lead complex, cross-functional SaaS programs across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, IT, Customer Success and GTM. Build integrated plans, manage risks/dependencies, provide executive governance and reporting, improve TPMO operating model, and drive measurable delivery outcomes and visibility.

Lead the AI Center of Excellence as a hands-on architect and governance owner. Operate and evolve the agentic AI Development Lifecycle, design end-to-end LLM and RAG-based solutions, build prototypes, embed with squads, evaluate models and tooling, and establish corporate AI governance and compliance practices across products and engineering teams.

Support implementation and administration of Vitally, maintain customer data and health scores, build dashboards and reports, monitor integrations and data quality, automate CS workflows, document processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer lifecycle management.

Lead the Intelligent Authoring product backlog: gather and document business and technical requirements, write specs and user stories, collaborate with product, regulatory, services and engineering, validate deliveries, and support roadmap and modernization efforts to deliver customer value.

Lead and deliver SpheraCloud implementation projects from planning through close. Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, stakeholder engagement and client relationships. Drive methodology improvements, support business development and manage multiple concurrent projects to achieve strategic and tactical objectives.

The Corporate Counsel will support Sphera's growth by advising various business teams on legal matters, preparing commercial agreements, and fostering client relationships.

The Solutions Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by selling EHS&S software, managing client relationships, and achieving sales goals across the DACH region.
