Manages product requirements and stakeholder collaboration for Sphera’s HMMS Suite. Translates business needs into technical requirements, documents solutions, coordinates user stories with development and QA teams, analyzes system impacts, supports test planning, and delivers customer presentations and training. The role requires cross-functional leadership, product analysis, client engagement, and occasional travel, with eligibility to obtain a U.S. government security clearance and Common Access Card.

Own the architecture roadmap and technical direction for secure, scalable, multi-tenant Azure SaaS solutions. Lead agile development teams through design, estimation, development, testing, and delivery; translate business requirements into technical solutions; write web and server-side code; develop RESTful APIs; oversee performance, security, and scalability; support cloud solutions; track project milestones; and mentor engineers.

Owner of MS-SQL platform performance, availability, and reliability across on-prem and Azure (IaaS/PaaS). Responsibilities include performance tuning, HA/DR (Always On, clustering, geo-replication), patching, migrations to PaaS/serverless, Azure networking and security for DBs, automation (T-SQL, PowerShell, Terraform/Bicep, Azure CLI), Tier-3/4 incident response and 24x7 on-call, and cross-team collaboration with DevOps, security, networking, and application teams.

Sell Sphera’s enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 and enterprise accounts, focusing on new-account acquisition. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, presenting solutions, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, forecasting, creating closing plans, collaborating with account managers, and meeting revenue quotas. The role requires success with complex enterprise sales, strong relationship management, strategic selling, and the ability to navigate matrixed organizations.

Own recurring marketing reporting workflows, including weekly pipeline reports, CMO dashboards, digital, ABM, event and product engagement dashboards, and Power BI refreshes. Maintain lead hygiene and enrichment, coordinate follow-up with sales, and improve reporting processes. Collaborate with marketing analytics, sales operations, finance and demand generation teams to deliver accurate, timely and standardized reporting for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead customer implementations of supply chain risk management solutions from kickoff through completion. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring solutions, delivering training, managing timelines and risks, advising customers, coordinating internal teams, supporting pre-sales activities, and improving implementation practices. The role requires strong supply chain expertise, project management, stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

Provides technical pre-sales and solution consulting for Sphera’s Operational Risk Management software. Conducts customer discovery, requirements gathering, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concepts, value assessments, and tender responses. Serves as a subject matter expert in Control of Work, process safety, risk assessment, and related solutions. Supports sales strategy, implementation planning, customer training, adoption, product feedback, and thought leadership while partnering with sales, product, customer success, and professional services teams.
