Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Strategic Operations Analytics Manager to join our Bangalore-based Strategic Operations team. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Operations & Chief of Staff to the CEO, this role partners closely with Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to deliver the analytics foundation for our most critical strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for building the tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and insights packages that power our monthly business reviews, executive leadership updates, and long-term strategic programs for 2026 and beyond. This role is part of a specialized operations team in Bangalore that enables consistent, high-fidelity performance reporting across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Tracking & ROI Measurement
- Own the measurement, tracking, and analytical insights for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and models that monitor initiative progress, financial impact, and ROI.
- Collaborate with Strategic Operations leadership to define KPIs, baselines, milestones, and evaluation frameworks.
Executive & Monthly Business Review Reporting
- Lead creation of analytics and reporting packages for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and senior executive meetings.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for CEO- and ELT-level consumption.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all reporting artifacts used in governance forums.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other teams to gather inputs, validate data, and align on metrics.
- Work directly with initiative owners to understand goals, assess progress, and communicate performance updates.
- Support cross-functional strategic workstreams with ongoing insights and data-driven recommendations.
Data & Systems Expertise
- Use Salesforce for data extraction, analytics, and operational performance tracking.
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards that support both leadership-level insight and team-level decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows to automate data preparation, transformation, and integration.
- Uphold strong data governance practices and serve as a technical expert on analytics processes.
Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce data structures, reporting, and analytics.
- Capability in Power BI including data modeling (DAX), visualization, and dashboard design.
- Required: Hands-on experience building and maintaining Alteryx workflows for automation and data transformation.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience connecting data to business decisions and ROI.
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
