Performs a range of imaging procedures, ensures patient safety, and serves as the primary patient interface. Participates in CQI/QA activities. Works PRN with variable shifts. May not operate fluoroscopic equipment and cannot perform radiologic procedures unless a registered Radiologic Technologist is present.

Serve as first point of contact for People Department, deliver customer service and administrative support, coordinate daily office operations, support onboarding/offboarding, assist with employee relations and learning initiatives, maintain records, and connect staff to resources to ensure positive employee experience.

Operate and maintain central cardiac monitoring systems, observe and interpret cardiac rhythms, document EKG waveforms and rhythm changes, respond to monitor alarms, coordinate telemetry equipment and supplies, clean and troubleshoot monitors, and assist ICU nursing staff with clerical and support tasks.

Leads accreditation and regulatory compliance program, ensuring continuous survey readiness (DNV/NIAHO, state, federal). Acts as primary liaison with accrediting agencies, drives policy development, audits, mock surveys, staff education, and performance improvement to support quality and patient safety.

Perform EEGs and ECGs, manage ECG workflow in Intellispace, set up and clean equipment, verify orders, document in the EMR, provide patient care and comfort, participate in frequent on-call rotations, and collaborate with clinical teams to support neurodiagnostic and cardiopulmonary services.

Perform and manage CT imaging exams including patient identification, positioning, IV starts and contrast administration, operate CT equipment, ensure image QA and timely PACS transfer, monitor patient safety, follow radiation safety (ALARA), participate in protocol development, QA/CQI, staff training, and regulatory compliance.

Perform diagnostic radiographic exams ensuring correct patient/exam verification, positioning, radiation safety (ALARA), IV/oral contrast preparation and monitoring, vitals assessment, image QA and transfer to PACS, and communicate procedures and post‑exam instructions while collaborating with clinical staff.

Lead application planning, design, implementation, support, and lifecycle management for clinical, financial, and regulatory systems. Align application strategy with SPH IT priorities, standardize and rationalize local applications, oversee governance and documentation, coordinate across hospitals and clinics, and drive cost-saving and customer-centric improvements.

Provides direct and indirect patient care in an orthopedic clinic under supervision. Performs patient intake, verifies and records health history, responds to patient calls/messages, prioritizes workload, follows nursing process, maintains certifications, and attends required meetings.

Provide direct and indirect patient care, support providers and clinic operations to ensure efficient clinic flow and excellent patient experience; assist training and staff support; use critical thinking, time management, and community resources.

Provide patient-focused CT imaging including verifying ID, starting IV and administering contrast, operating CT equipment, performing QA, transferring images to PACS, ensuring radiation safety (ALARA), participating in protocols, training, QA/CQI, and regulatory compliance.

Lead quality improvement initiatives in an acute care setting: analyze clinical outcomes, coordinate projects, educate staff, facilitate interdisciplinary teams, and enhance patient safety and experience.

Lead and optimize IT Service Management operations, governing incident/problem/change/knowledge processes. Manage IT asset lifecycle, procurement, vendor relationships, and financial planning. Drive ITIL-based process improvements, oversee service delivery metrics, and collaborate across teams to improve operational performance and business outcomes.

Provide safe patient transport and transfers for all age groups, assist imaging technologists with room and equipment setup, maintain supplies and cleanliness, monitor and report patient condition changes, perform basic patient care tasks (vitals, oxygen checks), and support efficient workflow and patient satisfaction in the diagnostic imaging unit.

Manage insurance verification and obtain prior authorizations for scheduled services. Serve as liaison among patients, physicians, payers, and hospital departments to ensure timely, accurate authorizations. Maintain documentation, follow insurance guidelines, communicate with stakeholders, and support positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all diagnostic imaging services, ensuring clinical quality, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, operational optimization, technology/capital management, and excellent patient experience while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive performance and growth.
