Lead and optimize IT Service Management operations, governing incident/problem/change/knowledge processes. Manage IT asset lifecycle, procurement, vendor relationships, and financial planning. Drive ITIL-based process improvements, oversee service delivery metrics, and collaborate across teams to improve operational performance and business outcomes.

Provide safe patient transport and transfers for all age groups, assist imaging technologists with room and equipment setup, maintain supplies and cleanliness, monitor and report patient condition changes, perform basic patient care tasks (vitals, oxygen checks), and support efficient workflow and patient satisfaction in the diagnostic imaging unit.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for clinics and medical groups. Build financial models, dashboards, and reports; administer provider compensation (wRVU/value-based), ensure compliance with agreements, partner with Finance, Payroll, and operational leaders, and present financial insights to stakeholders.
