Build and ship end-to-end web features across UI, APIs, databases, tests, and deployment by directing AI coding agents. Translate requirements into agent-ready specifications, manage parallel agent sessions, review generated code, enforce security and quality, and require effective automated tests. Deploy and monitor applications on Azure, debug production issues, improve agent context and tooling, and document releases and operational procedures.

Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closing. Build executive relationships, develop qualified pipeline, exceed revenue targets, maintain accurate forecasts, and sell cloud commerce, Microsoft CSP, Azure, subscription management, and billing automation solutions to partners, MSPs, distributors, and technology organizations.

Maintain financial records, general ledgers, trial balances, and account reconciliations. Record debits and credits, issue invoices, reconcile payments, categorize expenses, monitor budget variances, track vendor bills and reimbursements, approve payments, and run payroll. The role also requires filing PF, GST, and TDS returns, analyzing spending against revenue, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate accounting data.

Create foundational product documentation for a B2B SaaS platform, including API references, integration guides, end-to-end workflow journeys, FAQs, and self-service reference content. Collaborate with engineering to validate API specifications and product accuracy, maintain documentation as features evolve, and independently manage a documentation backlog while identifying ambiguity. Experience with cloud marketplaces, partner ecosystems, docs-as-code tools, or structured documentation platforms is advantageous.

Leads multi-cloud FinOps across Azure, AWS, and GCP, owning spend visibility, chargeback, billing reconciliation, anomaly detection, incident resolution, forecasting, optimization, and executive reporting. Manages a 24x7 cost operations team, develops cost data pipelines and dashboards, enforces budgets and tagging, and drives commitment savings, rightsizing, and billing governance across tenants, accounts, and projects.

Own SaaSify’s B2B demand generation engine across paid media, SEO, content distribution, webinars, and lifecycle nurturing. Manage marketing automation, lead scoring, routing, segment-specific campaigns, and the MQL-to-SQL funnel in HubSpot. Track pipeline contribution, CAC, channel ROI, and funnel performance while optimizing spend. Partner with Product Marketing on messaging and Sales on lead quality, handoffs, and service-level agreements.

Owns end-to-end delivery of cloud platform rollouts, migrations, and customer deployments. Coordinates engineering, services, customers, and leadership; maintains product roadmaps, gathers requirements, secures approvals, and removes delivery blockers. Produces release notes, product documentation, caveats, and monthly leadership reports while directing technical programs and supporting deadline-driven execution across multiple stakeholders.

Lead client consultations, design scalable multi-cloud solutions and automated lab environments, create and deliver cloud training curricula, mentor engineering and instructor teams, support presales cost estimation and close deals, and keep CloudLabs offerings current with emerging cloud and AI technologies.
