Designs and develops graphic, interactive multimedia, professional audiovisual content, presentations and promotions; operates AV equipment and performs tasks as directed by RSAF.

Analyze user, functional, and technical requirements; design systems, data-flow diagrams, screens and reports; translate requirements into code; debug and correct programs; estimate impact and timelines; provide alternate solutions.

Provide media center support including audiovisual presentation, video/audio production, equipment inspection and ordering, script development, editing, and coordinating media center staff. Perform operator maintenance, develop on-the-job training per RSAF directives, and instruct production training courses as required.

Provide and manage aircrew training: deliver instruction, review/develop training forms, schedule simulator and mission training, input daily training records, and prepare course, monthly, and semiannual reports.

Support troubleshooting, inspection, removal/replacement, and repair of weapons system components; assist in supervising and training weapons load crews; perform munitions upload/download, use test equipment, document maintenance records, and manage parts procurement and OJT training.

Perform explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) for live and training exercises, prepare sites and munitions, respond rapidly to emergencies, provide technical guidance, and conduct accident assessment and investigations. Follow Technical Orders and Manuals and produce technical reports.

Operate and test avionic electronic warfare (EW) consoles, diagnose and isolate malfunctions, trace logic and schematics, determine scope of repairs or adjustments, and monitor equipment for recurring faults.

Perform explosive ordnance disposal and munitions handling, including working with RSAF weapons, munitions build-up and safety, explosive device handling, and assisting in crash recovery of aircraft with live munitions. Must complete and apply Military EOD training and maintain OJT documentation.

Perform EOD tasks for live and training ammunition and missiles, respond quickly to emergencies, prepare for and support live/training exercises, assess and investigate accidents, and produce technical reports following Technical Orders and manuals.

Manage and improve military aircraft logistics support: translate program requirements into logistics needs, coordinate supply/maintenance/transportation/procurement, oversee depot-level repair and overhaul, advise on budget and data-processing integration, and support Supply leadership.

Plan, develop and implement training strategy and curriculum for a Weapons School. Liaise with RSAF instructors, assess program deficiencies, design testing/evaluation, create manuals and multimedia, manage curriculum infrastructure/configuration, update course materials, and identify training needs with command leadership.

Manage aircrew life support and survival training programs; ensure required space, supplies, and tools; establish equipment accountability; coordinate with maintenance and supply; set performance standards and perform preventive maintenance and inspections of life rafts, anti-exposure and anti-G suits, life preservers, and emergency signaling/communication devices.

Provide functional expertise, configuration, and support for Oracle ERP applications. Analyze functionality, recommend standard solutions, define optimal setup, configure and verify applications, create functional specifications, resolve gaps with vendors, and act as subject matter expert for projects and support.

Develop and maintain software and tools to support training operations: track student progression, generate instructor evaluation aids, keep student data and flow charts current, manage secure data storage and backups, perform systems and network administration, and support instructors and 1000+ users.

Supervise and coordinate aircraft maintenance activities, manage parts tracking and supply procedures, ensure safety and compliance, coordinate major repairs and modifications, provide intermediate maintenance support, and train RSAF personnel to 5- and 7-level standards.

Inspect, install, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and modify aircraft pneumatic and hydraulic systems and associated support equipment. Supervise pneudraulic maintenance activities and apply electrical/mechanical principles. Interpret RSAFM 66 series, blueprints, wire diagrams and technical publications to perform maintenance tasks.

Coordinate and manage aircrew training activities: schedule missions and simulator sessions, maintain training records and reports (daily, monthly, semiannual, end-of-course), review and develop training forms, liaise with flying wings and squadrons, and perform training-related data entry and OJT coordination.
