Provide media center support including audiovisual presentation, video/audio production, equipment inspection and ordering, script development, editing, and coordinating media center staff. Perform operator maintenance, develop on-the-job training per RSAF directives, and instruct production training courses as required.

Operate and test avionic electronic warfare (EW) consoles, diagnose and isolate malfunctions, trace logic and schematics, determine scope of repairs or adjustments, and monitor equipment for recurring faults.

Manage and control GE aircraft engines, modules, components, and repairable assets: ordering, receiving, warehousing, kit assembly, inventory, shipment tracking, warranty compliance, and GOLD database requisition monitoring.

Provide media center support by producing and editing audio/video, developing scripts for training, operating and maintaining broadcast equipment, coordinating media center staff, and delivering on-the-job training per RSAF directives.

Provide operational, training and systems analysis for fighter force development: assess training effectiveness, monitor readiness and simulators, develop syllabi and flying programs, evaluate procurement options, prepare requirements and briefs, liaise with contractors, and support combat/defense readiness reporting.

Perform explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) for live and training exercises, prepare sites and munitions, respond rapidly to emergencies, provide technical guidance, and conduct accident assessment and investigations. Follow Technical Orders and Manuals and produce technical reports.

Inspect, install, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and modify F-15 pneumatic/hydraulic systems and support equipment. Supervise maintenance, perform component removals/installations and operational checkouts, train RSAF personnel, analyze flow charts, and maintain technical orders and records.

Supervise and perform explosive ordnance disposal operations; train RSAF personnel; coordinate EOD requirements with USF; interpret governmental contracts and technical orders; provide advice to Armament & Munitions Director. Must have 10+ years EOD experience, munitions courses, basic computer skills, and required medical/physical clearances.

Perform explosive ordnance disposal and munitions handling, including working with RSAF weapons, munitions build-up and safety, explosive device handling, and assisting in crash recovery of aircraft with live munitions. Must complete and apply Military EOD training and maintain OJT documentation.

Ensure smooth operation of Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS), monitor serviceability, and perform monthly map updates. Operate JMPS software and maintain system readiness.

Supervise munitions and EOD operations: train RSAF personnel, coordinate with USF on EOD requirements, interpret contracts and technical orders, advise Armament & Munitions Director, and produce written and oral recommendations.

Maintain and inspect aircraft life support equipment, coordinate maintenance and equipment schedules, ensure timely gear inspections, and train personnel per RSAFM 105-8 standards. Work includes helmet harnesses, G-suits, and ACES II survival kit support.

Supervise and direct maintenance staff for planning, inspection, repair, and servicing of F-15 aircraft and support equipment. Plan and schedule workloads, analyze maintenance reports to determine specialist needs, coordinate with supply and operations, manage personnel reports, and ensure resources and procedures meet operational and safety requirements.

Provide nursing and emergency medical care in austere desert environments. Deliver first aid, triage, wilderness medicine, and independent survival support while living in temporary accommodations and operating as part of a team under extreme conditions.

Analyze user, functional, and technical requirements; design systems, data-flow diagrams, screens and reports; translate requirements into code; debug and correct programs; estimate impact and timelines; provide alternate solutions.

Advise the Training Directorate on training matters; develop and review training programs; analyze training problems and propose solutions; design and upgrade training systems (ISO); support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes; perform assigned training-related tasks within the aviation industry.

Manage aircrew life support and survival training programs; ensure required space, supplies, and tools; establish equipment accountability; coordinate with maintenance and supply; set performance standards and perform preventive maintenance and inspections of life rafts, anti-exposure and anti-G suits, life preservers, and emergency signaling/communication devices.

Supervise quality assurance for munitions and EOD operations: train RSAF personnel, coordinate EOD requirements with USF, interpret contracts and technical orders, and advise the Armament & Munitions Director.

Manage and deliver aircrew training: instruct courses, review and develop training forms, schedule aircrew for missions and simulators, record daily schedules and training achievements, prepare end-of-course, monthly and semiannual reports, coordinate training issues between HQ and bases, and multitask.

Develop and maintain software and tools to support training operations: track student progression, generate instructor evaluation aids, keep student data and flow charts current, manage secure data storage and backups, perform systems and network administration, and support instructors and 1000+ users.
