Lead process and technology improvements for flexible packaging manufacturing: implement new products/processes, manage capital equipment projects, reduce costs and scrap, ensure quality, validate processes, and support cross-functional commercial and risk management activities.

Design, develop, procure, qualify, and support silicone processing tooling and equipment (molding, extrusion). Troubleshoot and maintain production tooling, lead mold design reviews, manage tooling projects, support DFM/FMEA and continuous improvement, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Define pricing, manage product lifecycle, drive market intelligence, and enable sales while collaborating with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Marketing to ensure manufacturing excellence across extrusion, molding, assembly, and finished device production.
