Provides administrative support to HR including managing agency staff interviews/onboarding, visitor management, badge administration (Lenel), recordkeeping, time reporting, orientations, clerical tasks, event support, and coordination with IT for accounts.

Lead site quality assurance activities to maintain ISO and FDA regulatory compliance, manage audits, develop and train on QMS, perform root-cause analysis, maintain quality documentation (PFMEA, control plans), manage metrics, and support an ISO Class 8 cleanroom environment.

Lead process and technology improvements for flexible packaging manufacturing: implement new products/processes, manage capital equipment projects, reduce costs and scrap, ensure quality, validate processes, and support cross-functional commercial and risk management activities.
