Lead daily thermoplastics manufacturing operations to meet quality, delivery, cost, and performance targets. Drive process development, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and program execution. Manage budgets, metrics, documentation (BOMs, ECOs), and escalated production issues while building and mentoring high-performing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Lead end-to-end development and scale-up of medical films and flexible packaging—from translating customer requirements to prototype, pilot-scale process development, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and tech transfer to commercial manufacturing—ensuring regulatory compliance, quality, and cross-functional project leadership.

Lead and deliver QMS and cross-functional projects to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and ISO 13485. Establish project governance, schedules, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate CAPA execution, internal audit readiness, supplier and production readiness, and change implementation. Drive continuous improvement, documentation, reporting, and measurable results while partnering with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
