Maintains the quality management system and ensures compliance with applicable regulations, ISO standards, customer requirements, and business objectives. Leads CAPA completion, supports complaints and MRB processes, coordinates internal, customer, and supplier audits, prepares management review reports, and manages employee training records. Reviews material purity information and provides guidance on quality procedures, standardization, and requirements.

Lead quality for medical-device product/process development ensuring ISO 13485 and FDA QSR compliance. Develop/execute validation protocols (TMV, IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain risk files and FMEAs, program and validate CMM/vision systems, drive inspection method qualification and SPC/DOE analysis, implement eQMS and Quality 4.0, lead CAPA investigations, train staff, and support Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement and KPI reporting with PowerBI.

Lead plant operations to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Develop manufacturing processes, manage tooling and capacity, recruit and mentor operations teams, drive continuous improvement and budgeting, support new business quoting and resource planning, and collaborate with executive leadership to meet growth and profitability objectives.
